SHIPPING

All orders placed on the "therecollectiononline.com" are delivered Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm. Stock permitting, all orders placed with the "therecollectiononline.com" are usually dispatched within 2 working days. Kindly note that dispatch times may increase during high demand periods.

We are only able to ship your order to one location. During the check out process, you will be asked to select the shipping address for your order.
We realise that your order may include gifts that require shipping to several different locations. To do this you will be required to place separate orders for each address you wish to ship to.

YOUR ORDER

When you place an order with "therecollectiononline.com" a confirmation of your order (with the amount charged), will be sent to the email address you have registered with us. This document will contain your unique order number and details of the items you have purchased. Please keep this documentation somewhere safe in the unlikely event you have a problem.

Once your order has been confirmed, it is possible to cancel at any point until the packing and shipping process has started. If you want to cancel your order please contact "therecollectiononline.com" by emailing store@therecollection.com.

RETURN, EXCANGES AND REFUNDS

Returns within 14 days
You have the legal right to cancel your order within fourteen working days of receipt of the goods. In this case, any sum debited from your credit or debit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order. If you want to cancel your order, you will need to follow the procedure set out below within the fourteen days.
 
"therecollectiononline.com" will offer you a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, fully labelled and with the original packaging. "therecollectiononline.com" will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and tags removed. To exchange a product please follow the returns procedure below requesting an exchange.
 
Please note that you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the items while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, your entitlement to a refund may be affected. We request that you do not remove tags and hygiene seals until you are completely satisfied that the items will not be subject to return within fourteen days. We also request that items are returned with their original packaging including, in the case of shoes, original boxes.
 
The following items may not be returned or exchanged:
 
Personalised items or goods which have been made to a customer's specification;
 
For reasons of hygiene we do not accept the return of any beauty product or fragrance, ladies' and men's briefs, swimming costumes and bikini bottoms, unless the protective adhesive strip is still in place or the item is unsoiled and in a saleable condition. Pierced earrings.
 
Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been delivered with no tags, you should notify us by email on the same day. We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
 
Except where items are faulty and a replacement is not available, refunds for items may be given and only at the discretion of "therecollectiononline.com. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.
 

Returns after 14 days
Returns received outside the above time frames will not be accepted.
 
Procedure for returning goods
 
All items intended for return or exchange must have a Goods Return Number (GRN). GRN numbers must be obtained within 10 working days of receipt of delivery by clicking here and completing the GRN form. "therecollectiononline.com" will then reply with a GRN number. Once you have received this, please take care to follow the instructions emailed to you. You cannot return goods without this number.
 
Kindly note that items purchased online from the "therecollectiononline.com" cannot be returned in store.
 
Exchanged items will only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check. In this case, any sum debited from your credit or debit card from the sale of the returned goods will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order.
 
To make an exchange you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. All items for exchange must have a Goods Return Number (GRN). GRN numbers must be obtained within 10 working days of receipt of delivery. The "therecollectiononline.com"  will then reply with a GRN number. Once you have received your GRN number please take care to follow the instructions emailed to you. You cannot return goods without this number.
